Deacons – Visitation Ministry Team

The Visitation Ministry Team contacts and visits Sunday morning guests which creates a personal connection for our guests within the church. Responsibilities include promotion and enlistment of others to visit guests and to assist in the development of a comprehensive visitation ministry plan, and periodically reviewing and changing the plan to ensure it is effectively meeting the needs of our guests and the church.  Managing the development and maintenance of guest records with the church office, including what materials are delivered, and how the church responds to guest needs, and continued communications with our guests, are all part of the ministry.

Prayer Focus:      Recognizing our inadequacy, the team will pray for each other and those who need and/or are seeking a church home.  We ask God to bless those we come into contact with, and for the team we pray for God’s gift of discernment and wisdom, as we seek to provide His Truth and Light to a world living in darkness.
